Hackers

This game has been experiencing ongoing issues with hacking, for over a month now. The community has reached out countless times, only to receive unhelpful automated responses and zero action. Hacking is killing our motivation to spend money on the game and continue playing, as it affects coliseum rankings, high score rankings, and lux rankings. Whats the point of spending time and money on a game, if your legitimate effort goes to waste because of people who are cheating?

If this issue is addressed, as it should have been a month ago, I will consider changing my review. However, this does not change the fact that Square Enix failed to react properly to this ordeal.
