Awful
Worst customer service ever. In the process of changing devices my game info was lost. Facebook, which is a poor choice for backing up data, still sees the game linked but in game it says otherwise. Customer service takes a week to respond and requires information you would only have if you were able to log in, like every medal you own and its level, as well as abstract information pretty much no one knows like the date and time you first played. This all seems to be in place as a way to opt out of actually helping their customers. Avoid this game and anything else that has to do with Square Enix customer service.
